Your sample kit(s) will be sent by mail as soon as your order has been placed, this may take several days depending on your order date and location. After your sample has been collected by the courier, your MetaboTracker report(s) will be available within 7 days upon receipt of the sample(s) in our lab facility.
If you have diabetes or cancer, our services are not suitable for you at the moment unfortunately. If you suffer from any other medical condition and/or take medication, this may compromise the reliability of the results that our model generates. Please contact us if you have any questions related to the suitability of our services related to your medical condition.
Your hormones during pregnancy and breastfeeding may compromise the reliability of the results that our model generates. Therefore, Melico services are not recommended for you.
During your growth phase, your metabolism differs from adults and this may compromise the reliability of the results that our model generates. Therefore, Melico services are not recommended for you.
During your illness and recovery, the reliability of the results that our model generates may be somewhat affected. However, you are welcome to use our services.
Antibiotics may compromise the reliability of the results that our model generates. Therefore, we recommend to use Melico services for at least four weeks after you have completed your treatment.
Our model measures the quality of your diet against WHO guidelines. As we measure biomarkers, we may not be able to distinguish whether the source of your intake has been either food or supplements. Melico services are suitable for you, as long as you are aware that your dietary supplements may be interpreted as foods.
We ask a number of pre-screening questions because we would like to give you the comfort that our services are suitable for all participants. Should you have any concerns about sharing yor data, please refer to our Privacy Notice.
Melico services are not meant to diagnose or treat medical conditions, therefore such approval is not required. Melico services support you with insight to improve your health and wellness.
Your order is final and may not be cancelled, unless your order has not been prepared yet. Preparation typically occurs within 24 hours after order completion. In case you have made a mistake or if there are any other issues with your order or with the quality of our service delivery, please reach out to our customer service team and we will be happy to assist and find an appropriate solution for you.
Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation at your email address. Depending on your email provider the page lay-out, fonts and images may be treated differently than they appear on the website. Your order confirmation email contains a link to 'view your order' online, the best layout will appear if you print from there.
